even here at the “Chateau” we strictly observe the restriction measures. We are convinced that only the correct behavior of all will allow us to overcome this crisis. We have adopted various hygienic safety measures to guarantee you a stay in reassuring circumstances, in compliance with a few basic rules:
All the hotel staff wear masks.
Hotel guests are required to wear a mask
The arrangement of the tables guarantees the required safety distance
We offer the possibility to have meals in the room thanks to our kitchens inside the rooms and, with a small additional cost, also breakfast
In the hotel you will find a series of stations to disinfect hands
The magnetic keys of the rooms are sanitized at each change of the guest
We practice a cordial but distant relationship
Inside the structure, carpets and other furniture elements that cannot withstand daily cleaning cycles have been eliminated
Tablecloths and napkins in the breakfast room are disposable and the tables are cleaned at each service
Dirty dishes and dishes are washed / sanitized by dishwasher
The check in / check out procedures are simplified and speeded up as much as possible
We have reduced the breakfast buffets. Everything is served but we must ask for understanding from now on for the necessarily reduced choice.
The entrances to the breakfast room are staggered to avoid crowds. Not only that: for those who wish, during the summer, we offer the opportunity to have breakfast in the open air, in the bar dehors or in the garden adjacent to the hotel
At the beginning of your stay you will find the sanitized room
Until a later date, the following, advantageous, cancellation methods apply:
from January to April without penalty up to 24 hours from arrival
may and June without penalty up to 48 hours from arrival
july without penalty up to 5 days from arrival
august without penalty up to 7 days from arrival
september without penalty up to 5 days from arrival
