Some of you, surely. It can be found in all the best delicatessen shops, even outside the Aosta Valley. Not everyone, however, will have been able to taste the &#8220;mountain cheese&#8221; fontina, the one that farmers produce only in summer, in the high altitude pastures, where our cows spend the hottest season. At the \u201cChateau\u201d, you can! In fact, for some weeks now, our guests&#8217; breakfast has been enriched with delicious forms of this fontina, more renowned and tastier than the one you find in the delicatessens near your home. There is no shortage, for a complete offer, of other cheeses from our valleys, such as the famous &#8220;toma di Gressoney&#8221; and goat cheese.
