Children within 12 years old
€ 3,00 discount for 3 nights stay in a room with three, four or five beds.

Long stays :
2 weeks stay 10% discount
3 weeks stay 15% discount
4 weeks stay 20% discount
one month or more you have to agree upon it with the management.
RULES

The beginning of the stay starts the day of the arrival
at 4:00 pm
and it ends the day of the departure
within 10:00 am.

At your arrival you are demanded to deposit € 100,00 as confirmation of the booking. This amount will be refunded at the end of the stay after the apartment state inspection. In case of furnishings disappearance or kitchenette damaging, the customer will be charged about it.

A 30% deposit of the total amount is demanded to confirm the booking. It may be paid by bank transfer or by postal order. In case of a cancellation within 20 days before the starting of the stay, all the amount will be returned. After this term the refund of expenses will be not carried out.

At the end of every stay (even for one day) the staff of the Hotel have to clean up the room obligatorily. Prices can change according to the typology of the room: single room € 25,00 ; double room-one-roomed flat € 28,00 ; three beds-one and two-roomed flats € 30,00 ; four beds-two-roomed flat € 32,00 ; five beds-two-roomed flat € 34,00. For weekly stays the cleaning up of the room is at no charge.
