In case of a cancellation within 20 days before the starting of the stay, all the amount will be returned. After this term the refund of expenses will be not carried out.

Internet bookings will be confirmed by the Hotel-Residence Château staff by e-mail accorded to the availability of a room. The Hotel-Residence Château will put off deciding to demand a 30% of the stay earnest deposit by bank transfer, by postal order or by credit card.
